After a motorbike accident over two and a half years ago i was prescribed tramadol for pain in my knee and leg which was broken and plates put in.

Now to the effects, its quite a strange reaction for me when i take the drug i get a very light headed feeling and find the need to be very chatty. I also find that they are an apitite suppresent and find that i dont feel hungry even if i know that if i didnt have them i would be hungry for lunch.

If i take them to late on an evening i find when it comes to going to sleep no matter what time it is i feel “wired” and my brain doesnt switch off. Its really quite annoying

Now for the interesting affect, as a man it might affect others different but i find it has a kind of viagra effect, i find that it puts me in “the” mood and find that it can make me last for a very long time. I didnt read anything like this on the packet but im not going to complain lol Seems weird but hey thats the effects on me.

Oh my gosh..Im feeling same side effects, totally wired at night and can\\\’t fall asleep. I am not hungry either, like back in the day when speed was on diet pills.. what the heck. The pain goes but I get chatty, and wired too..hmm

No side effects so far. I got this for an infection in my kidney and groin area. I took maybe 50,000mgs of paracetomol in the last 2 weeks which did nothing for the pain. I actually got some decent sleep on this thing. I know 2 other people who have had this medication and they both just felt a bit groggy

Tramadol being an opiate should act as a cough suppressant at normal doses. However standard over the counter medicines contain a great cough suppressant. Check with Pharmacist.
