I take Tramadol and it has helped me so much. But my sex drive is not there. I am 30 years old and I use to be sexual all the time. My husband also takes it. We both have joint pains. He cant perform. Is this normal? And can it be fixed?

I take 150 mg of Tramadol, and at first I had many of these side affects. The sexual side affects were as mentioned above, but with continued use and continued sexual activity the side effects deminished. The most annoying was the 1 hour until orgasm… Keep up normal activity and the time will return to normal.

I agree with the sex drive comment, ejaculation is strange as well, no fluid seems to be present. Constipation is a real problem, I have taken to eat bags of satsumas. All the best with your sexual issues functioning on Tramadol guys!

What about the nausea? Does it really decrease over time and does drinking lots of water help? Orgasms still possible?

As for constipation, use “Movicol” daily, just one sachet should keep you moving. Follow the instructions for a impacted stool. It works!!!
I have suffered exreme constipation on tramadol and another pain killer and Movicol saved me twice. *see my post to the question posted on constipation for more advice on how to deal with it.
As for sexual, I have no advice, I am suffering too but at least its not switched off. My thoughts and best wishes to those who suffer with this side effect.
